Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, which is beautifully situated in the middle of the jungle. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained with breathtaking ocean views. The dining options were a highlight, especially the fresh juices and delicious ceviche. However, the waves can be a bit intense for swimming, so that's something to be cautious about. Overall, this resort feels luxurious and is a great value given the stunning surroundings.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel, which has the potential to be great but struggles with service. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. However, the dining experience was disappointing, especially with the slow service and limited breakfast options. The pool is lovely, but just be prepared for some crowds on weekends as day passes are sold to the public.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. The rooms were absolutely stunning and beautifully designed, but I faced several hiccups throughout my visit. The location had its charm, but it could use a bit of improvement in terms of service responsiveness. Overall, while there were delightful moments, I wouldn't say it was without its frustrations.
Indura is a wonderful resort that feels like home every time we visit. The staff are incredibly friendly and remember us from past stays, which made us feel special. The views from the rooms are breathtaking, and we truly enjoy the cozy atmosphere. However, some aspects could use improvement, such as the breakfast offerings which could be more varied, and there were occasional cleanliness issues in certain outdoor areas.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself is beautiful, the service was severely lacking. The rooms were lovely, and the dining options had real potential but fell short during my visit, especially at breakfast. The location is nice, but the overall experience was affected by understaffing and some inconsistencies in service. It’s a shame because the hotel could be truly fantastic with a little more attention to detail in service and amenities.
